Check-in was efficient. i found the staff very friendly. The room WAS lovely. The restaurant provided food and had huge portions. i had a comfy bed. I slept well. The room remained warm when I entered in December.

The gym opens late. It is at 8 a.m. i expected earlier access for morning workouts.

i booked a beautiful king room river view, but it felt small. the room looked quite plain. i've stayed here before and had better experiences with the rooms (this time was disappointing).
